CTSMacon has worked with a great many different companies and solved problems for them all. Here you can find some of our clients and details on some of the work we've done for them. This is by no means a complete or exhaustive list. Companies are listed in no particular order.

Advanced Cardiac Imaging of Middle Georgia

Contact: Bev Noller

Advanced Cardiac Imaging of Middle Georgia is a new nuclear medicine facility in the doctor's building of the Medical Center of Central Georgia. We've worked with them since their inception as a dream and a prayer. We built their computer network from pulling the cables to purchasing, building, and installing computer network equipment in their office. We also linked them to other doctor's offices to better share information. Finally, we assisted in the installation of a three-quarter-million dollar nuclear camera that traces the path of radioactive material through a patient's blood stream.

Booker T Washington Center

Contact: Howard Scott

At the Booker T Washington Center, we've maintained their network since their previous IT provider closed. Most of their machines are donated from other companies. We clean these machines up, then install them for adults and children to learn and play on. We are proud to support this non-profit entity.

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee

Contact: Camille Hope

The Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee has been one of our greatest clients since we began working for them. We offer them a variety of network services such as e-mail, and have kept their network running reliably for the duration of our existance. Their gateway acts not only as a firewall, but also as a Virtual Private Network server, allowing them to access their information from anywhere in the world. This particular server has been running reliably, without as much as a reboot for 708 straight days at the time of this writing (2005-11-16). We've also integrated their network of Windows clients with file and print sharing services in addition to domain authentication with a Linux file server, but the magic doesn't end there. They also employ proprietary software running on a trio of Windows 2003 machines seemlessly in this environment. Finally, we are phasing out other proprietary software running on an IBM AIX UNIX machine and migrating to a paperless system!

Cardio Vascular Associates of Macon

Contact: Bev Noller

One of the doctors who banded together to make Advanced Cardiac Imaging of Middle Georgia a reality is Dr. Stephen Noller. We've handled their network of windows clients connecting to a SCO OpenServer machine for as long as we've been in business. Theirs is a mixed ethernet and serial toplogy, which we've made transparent to their workers. Regaurdless of whether they are using a machine connected via serial or ethernet, everything works the same.

Georgia Rural Water Association

Contact: Kathy Matthews

The Georgia Rural Water Association in Barnesville Georgia has worked with us since our inception. We have built new machines for them, moved them from a peer-to-peer network to a client-server architecture, and installed a virtual private network for them to allow them to work securely from home with full access to their documents and database.

Lamar County Tax Assessors

Contact: Doris Jackson

We first began working with the Lamar County Tax Assessors office in Barnesville, Georgia in 2004. At the time they were using a hodge-podge of underpowered Pentium-II machines for all their tasks in a peer-to-peer network. We replaced their old machines with new computers built and installed by CTSMacon. Additionally, we constructed for them a central file server running the Slackware Linux operating system that could backup all their documents daily to tape, as well as increasing the overall reliability of their network. Now when a single machine goes down, the rest can continue to work. Additionally, they use the proprietary WinGAP software in use in over 100 Georgia counties for assessing property values and accurately taxing property owners. When told this software wouldn't work in a Linux network, we proved the world wrong and left a lasting impression with the people at WinGAP. If you're another county tax commissioner, you might also wish to contact one of their software engineers that has worked with us in the past and knows first-hand what we can do with their software, Al Deen.

Macon Knights

Contact: Joe Hale

Shortly after our company was conceived, we upgraded the entire network for the Macon Knights (at that time, Sportstowne) from a single over-worked Windows 2000 server to a more powerful high-availability Linux cluster to ensure that they could continue to work even in the event of catastrophic system failure of one of their servers. Additionally, we upgraded them with a strong firewall and quadrupled their network file space, giving them everything they would need into the foreseeable future.
